Three missing and 215,000 affected by rains from the southwest monsoon and Severe Tropical Storm Crising the OCD reported.

Flooding left two people missing in Antique, while another went missing in Palawan after going to sea.

Bad weather has affected over 215,000 people across 495 barangays, mostly in the Negros Island Region and Panay.

The OCD remains on red alert, offering 3 million family food packs to support local governments’ relief goods distribution efforts.


At least 18,000 personnel from the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Philippine National Police, and the Philippine Coast Guard are on standby for rescue operations.


PAGASA reported flooding in Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, and Antique due to around 100-200mm of rainfall.
