Spox Abante seeks details on impeachment
Spox House Atty. Princess Abante said the House asked the Supreme Court to provide more details on Duterte’s impeachment case.
The Supreme Court ordered the lawmakers to submit details on Duterte’s impeachment, and the House promptly complied with the directive.
The Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) electronically served all parties and will formally deliver a hard copy to the high tribunal on Monday.
The Supreme Court previously required the Senate and lower Representatives to comment and submit information regarding Duterte’s impeachment trial.
The Spox legislative must also provide information on the status of the first three impeachment complaints filed against Duterte.
